No. We charge you a straightforward commission or service fee, agreed upfront — never a cut from the factory. That keeps our recommendations about what's right for your order, not which factory pays us more.

What's the minimum order quantity?

It depends on the factory and the product — MOQ varies case by case. Tell us what you need and we'll confirm the real number with the factory before you commit to anything.

Do you charge for samples?

Sample costs also vary by factory and product. We'll get you the exact cost upfront, before you agree to anything.

How does payment work?

Payment terms are agreed per project, following standard trade practice. We'll walk you through exactly how it works before you place an order.

Do you only work with large orders?

No — we work with first-time buyers testing a single product as well as established importers running full containers. Tell us your volume and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit.
